Trusting your partner to hold you upside down by squeezing your ankle between their thighs has to be another level of friendship and trust!<\/p>\n<p>Molli and Chrissy put our students through their paces to test their teamwork, communication and strength as part of this 2 hour workshop.<\/p>\n<p>The group started up on trapeze, trying a variety of shapes on the doubles bar and standard trapezes with everyone encouraged to try both flying and basing.
