We have a few different formats of classes, to suit different people

 

Adults drop in classes are £14.50 per class and subscription classes are £50pcm, securing a regular space and saving £10 per month based on dropping in.

Beginners classes – Monday/Tuesday

Our beginners classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible to all. Lots of people are put off by aerial classes because they don’t have a background in sport or dance and feel like they have poor upper body strength but you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start, our instructors will help you to build this up!

In addition to our normal evening classes, our Monday relaxed daytime class is also open to beginners.

Intermediate classes – Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Once you’ve mastered the basic mounts, shapes and inverts on your chosen equipment and have started to learn how to transition between different moves, you will progress to an intermediate level. Our instructors have your best interests at heart and will be able to advise you on your level.

Intermediate classes will learn more complex moves and transitions and continue to build on dynamic movements. Classes will incorporate more conditioning and be at a faster pace. Regressions and progressions will be available but there are some pre-requisites for intermediate classes to ensure your safety, including being able to invert in a controlled manner and being able to hold yourself effectively and consistently exit moves safely.

Advanced classes – Wednesday/Thursday

For those with more extensive experience, our instructors can continue their journey with more challenging skills. As with the intermediate classes, regressions and progressions will be offered, we are all human and even the most advanced aerialists have their nemeses moves!

Mixed aerial relaxed class – Monday 1.30pm (reduced rate)

A relaxed class starts with a joint warm up and conditioning portion then you will have the opportunity to work on the equipment and skills that most interest you, at your pace, rather than sticking to a fixed lesson plan. You will receive instructor input and guidance and if you don’t yet know what you want to work on, don’t worry, we can help you! It’s more structured than open training, but more flexible than a regular class.

This class is suitable for;

  • All abilities including beginners
  • Those recovering from a break from aerial or injury
  • Mums with babies
  • Mums with children who can sit and do their own activities

This class is a lower rate than our other classes, at £12 per class or £40pcm to subscribe.

Fitness/Hiit for aerial – Monday 6.30pm

Our fitness/Hiit class is a mat based class and does not utilise the aerial equipment. It is designed to build overall fitness and strength for aerial but you do not have to be an aerialist to attend!

Aerial strength and flexibility – Thursday 2pm

This hybrid class is ideal for those looking for a general workout or to enhance their aerial skills. The class utilises a variety of techniques inspired by aerial fitness, aerial yoga and Pilates and includes;

  • A general warm up
  • A conditioning section using aerial sling, hoop or silks
  • A mat based strength of flexibility section
  • A flexibility/mobility section using aerial sling

Open training – adhoc sessions

Want to work on a particular skill, build a flow or just get some training in? Come join us!

Rules for open training

  • A full warm up is essential.
  • You must be working on skills you have previously learnt from an instructor in a structured, taught class. Not something you have seen on Instagram or your friend has done.
  • Only the supervising instructor is permitted to raise/lower or change equipment.
  • Good vibes and encouragement only.

The session is 1 hour and costs £9. It is supervised by an instructor but it is not a structured, taught class so different people will be working on different skills and equipment.
