Regular daytime slots for private classes are available Monday 2.30pm 🗓 🎪 Instructor - Frankie Availability - weekly 1-2-1 - £30 2-2-1 - £45 🎪 Instructor - Chrissy Availability - fortnightly 1-2-1 - £40 2-2-1 - £55 Private classes are ideal for those looking to enhance their training, for anyone who does not enjoy or benefit from a larger class environment, or those who want to fast track their progress with focused input from an instructor. 📢 Join us for our new Introduction to Aerial class Mondays at 6.30pm, based in the Rochford/Southend area. Don't think you're strong enough? Class will help you build strength! We all had to start somewhere and ECA is a welcoming space. Not sure what to expect? Check out our pinned post on what a beginners class looks like. Our new Introduction to Aerial class will give you the opportunity to try a selection of equipment including silks, sling, hoop and trapeze (not all at the same time! 🤣) Our adults classes cost £14.50 on a drop in basis or £50pcm to sign up for a rolling subscription. Calisthenics workshop with Clare Livemore 💪🏻 3 spaces available at time of posting Saturday 26th September 12.30-2.30pm See what your body is capable of with the wonderful Clare, who is a world champion calisthenics competition and highly respected judge and coach. You really know how to put everyone at ease and get the best angles 🤩 A reminder for all students, please don't post the raw photos when they are sent to you, the edited photos will be worth waiting for! If you're keen to do an aerial photoshoot, drop us a message as we already have a wait list for our next shoot. The date isn't yet confirmed, but it's likely to be early Jan. 🗓
We've been a little more lenient with clothing over the summer due to the extreme heat, 🥵 including reducing the amount of hoop and trapeze in our kids classes and carefully planning lessons to reduce friction on the backs of the knees for those wearing shorts. Now that the weather has cooled down, here's a reminder for all students about what to wear. Leggings and a leotard or leggings and a t-shirt are always the best option. 👍 - Leggings are a must. If you or your child still wants to wear shorts, bring leggings with you because some equipment and moves are uncomfortable on your legs. Aerial can cause friction burns if you aren't properly covered up. Cotton or cotton blend leggings are best. If the leggings are too shiny/slippy they will slide on the silks. - Avoid cropped tops. Anyone taking circus classes should have their stomach covered by either a t-shirt and leggings or leotard and leggings / unitard. - Loose clothing is not ideal for aerial and discouraged. It can get caught up in wraps and make certain moves harder. - No clothing with zips or velcro is permitted - this can snag the silks and slings. - As we get into the colder months, no hoodies are permitted. If you or your child feels the cold, a sweatshirt with no hood or long sleeve t-shirt/leotard are suitable options. - Remove jewellery before class. The only jewellery permitted is small earring studs, which are discouraged and worn at your own risk. 🎪🎪🎪
We have a few spaces left in our 2000s Pop Aerial Hoop Workshop 7-9pm tomorrow! Head to our booking site to join us! The workshop is aimed at adults and is aimed at intermediate or above but will be accessible to high beginners. 💃💿🎧

Whats on in September? 🗓 Friday 4th September 7-9pm - Throwback disco aerial hoop workshop 💿 💃🕺 A mixed ability 2hr session, but most suitable for high beginner / intermediate who are able to transition between moves Friday 18th September 7-9pm - Bring your partner aerial workshop👬👫👭 A mixed ability 2hr session, but most suitable for beginners / intermediate students who want to have some fun with their partner or friend and introduce them to aerial Saturday 26th September 12.30-2.30pm - Calisthenics workshop with Clare Livemore 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 All workshops are open to non studends as well as regular students, but please drop us a message if you aren't a regular student so that we can gauge your level and prepare progressions/regressions for you.
