Already an aerialist but interested in learning something new? Or trapeze and sling drops workshop this Sunday is ideal for those with previous experience who are looking to try a new piece of equipment. During this workshop, Molli will take you through some gorgeous trapeze shapes and Chrissy will introduce and build on some sling dynamics and drops. This workshop is ideal for intermediate + aerialists. We have 3 spaces left in our 12.30-2.30pm workshop, visit our booking site to secure your space. Our adults aerial classes are a great way to get strong, challenge yourself and have fun! 💪🏻 Our booking site is linked through our website (link in bio) or check our stories. Drop in classes are £14.50 or you can subscribe to a fixed weekly class and save £10 a month, with a further 10% off if you subscribe to a second class. Not sure what class is right for you? Drop us a message! Well done to those who have acheived their Level 1 Aerial Sling Certificate recently! Circus isn't easy! Our students have built up their strength, coordination, mobility and confidence over the last few months. Even though we are assessing specific skills, their acheivements are a lot broader than the skills themselves and we are proud of the determination all of our students show! ✨️ Level 1 sling shows competency in foundation mounts, a range of 12 core standing and seated poses, basic inversions in the sling and the ability to join 3 or more moves together into their own short combo. ✨️ 🎪 All students will have the option to complete in class assessments at an appropriate stage and these are planned in to the normal timetable. If your child hasn't completed this yet, they are either still working on the foundations or their class is focusing on a different priority, but rest assured they will get a chance to do this! #aerial #aerialsling #rochford
A huge thank you to Jordan at @headbangerscircus for our recent disability circus training. We want to make ECA inclusive and welcoming to all and this training will really help us with this goal. Here's whats new! 🌟 Adults 🌟 Monday - 6.30pm beginners aerial silks class with Molli Wednesday - 7.30pm trapeze mixed ability class with Molli Friday - 1.30pm daytime mixed ability aerial sling with Frankie Book your adults classes on our booking page via our website. We had an incredible workshop yesterday with @clare_calisthenics from @sx_calisthenix 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Clare put us through our paces learning some of the fundamentals for calisthenics. If you missed it, we would love to run another workshop in the future but you can also contact Clare to book in for one of her regular local classes. Clare is based at JD Gym in Rochford. A huge thankyou to Clare for the workshop and for creating such a welcoming environment. Out of the group only 1 person had tried calisthenics before, but we all had an absolute blast and learnt so much! 😁 #Calisthenics #strongwomen #fitness
