Interested in starting aerial? Come and join our adults beginners sessions! 🎪 Aerial hoop Monday 8.30pm 🎪 Aerial silks Tuesday 7.30pm Our Monday 7.30pm sling session and Monday 1.30pm relaxed aerial sessions are also mixed ability and can be made accessible for beginners. If you feel like you're not strong or flexible enough, don't worry, strength and mobility grows with experience in aerial!
