General Terms and Conditions

Attendance and Promptness

Whilst we understand the unpredictability of traffic and disruptions, it is unfair to other participants if their session is disturbed due to lateness. Please ensure that you or your child arrives promptly. If you have missed the warmup, children may be refused entry depending on instructor availability and adults will be expected to complete a comprehensive warm up independently. You will still be required to undertake a full warmup irrespective of arrival time to minimise the risk of injury.

Attire

Under 18s should wear a leotard and leggings or unitard with a t-shirt as optional. Adults should wear either a unitard or leggings and a t-shirt. Preferably in cotton stretch fabric rather than polyester as cotton has more grip on the silks.

A t-shirt can be worn according to participants preference including individual sleeve length and tightness of fit, however participants may be restricted from certain drops if they are wearing baggy t-shirts.

Socks can be worn or removed based on personal preference.

No hooded tops or jumpers are permitted.

Long hair should be tied back.

Please remove jewellery.

Behaviour

We expect high behavioural standards from all and will not tolerate unkind, threatening or abusive behaviour. Our Code of Conduct provides additional information on this. The use of recreational drugs or alcohol is prohibited before or during class.
