K-Pop Demon Hunters Inspired Aerial Hoop Workshop
Team Huntr/x and Team Soda Pop learnt a whole routine to Golden and performed it to their adults in just 2 hours! What's even more impressive is that half of the group had never even tried circus before today! Aerial Hoop Workshop 2 with Allie Ho Chee
After having such an incredibly high demand for the first workshop, we managed to squeeze a second workshop with Allie into March! On Sunday 22nd March 2026, we held our second advanced workshop and Allie outdid herself with the incredible combo that she taught. After a warm up and some advanced conditioning, the group started the combo with a roll into the hoop from a running man. Beginners Aerial Silks, Hoop and Sling Workshop
We held our very first beginners workshop on Sunday 8th March 2026! Our newbie aerialists started off with a gentle warm up and stretch then tested their strength on the silks! The most difficult of the three pieces of apparatus that we had on offer, our ladies made fantastic progress learning the basics of climbing and some footlock skills and trying their first invert in the hitch! Aerial Hoop Workshop with Allie Ho Chee
We had an amazing time for our first workshop with Allie! On Sunday 8th March 2026, a group of incredible aerialists got together to learn from the powerhouse that is Allie Ho Chee! The workshop started with an energetic warm up and some advanced conditioning that had us all pumped! Easing us into the advanced flow that would become the focus of the session, Allie taught a beautiful transition rolling from a seat into an optical split.
