The Tuesday Club promise organised fun for the adulting era. What better way to have fun than trying your hand at aerial sling and hoop!

The group were brimming with enthusiasm and club organiser Suzi started the session off with some games, then we completed a group warm up and separated in to 3 ability groups.

Each of the groups started with aerial sling, having a short taster and surprising themselves with what they could achieve, while Suzi kept the groups who were waiting busy with some activities. We moved on to hoop and challenged the clubbers with some seated shapes and the most athletic even gave inverting a go!

Everyone left with huge smiles on their faces, so we hope to see some of the clubbers back in the future for our classes.

Frey in Leigh on sea kindly provided some energy balls to the clubbers as a little treat!
